We are looking for that energetic, fun-loving team player to become one of our Creative Content Specialists, which is a key and integral role within our team of professionals. The function is varied and diverse, requiring you to multi-task and be creative. You will join an established high-end real estate agency, based at our office in Bangsar.

What we\'re looking for in our dream person:

• Experience in social media management and knowledge in marketing software/tools a big advantage
• Creative, with a fine eye for design
• Open minded, with strong communication skills
• Can maintain excellent working relationships internally
• Self-motivated, able to work under own initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Efficient and meticulous organizer
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Microsoft Office
• Possess own transport

Tanggungjawab

This position would focus on creating engaging visual assets, videos, and written content to enhance the agency\'s marketing efforts across various channels.

Responsibility

What you\'ll do:

Content Creation

• Develop visually appealing and compelling content, including images, videos, and written posts, for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the team to generate creative ideas and concepts that align with the brand\'s identity and target audience.
• Ensure that the content produced is of high quality, engaging, and in line with the agency\'s marketing objectives.

Video Production

• Produce high-quality videos that showcase the agency\'s properties, services, and brand.
• Handle various aspects of video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Stay updated on video trends and techniques to create captivating and shareable video content.

Social Media Management Support

• Ensure a consistent and cohesive social media presence.
• Provide visually appealing content and videos tailored to each platform\'s requirements and audience preferences.
• Align content with social media strategy and campaigns.

Google Ads Campaign Support

• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager or external agency in developing visually appealing and engaging ad creatives for Google Ads campaigns.
• Collaborate on ad copywriting, image selection, and video editing to optimize the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns.
• Provide input and creative ideas for landing pages or website content associated with Google Ads campaigns.

Marketing Administration & Support

• Maintain and manage our company website.
• Designing & preparation of marketing materials (flyers, signages, digital etc).
