Job Description

:

1. Content Ideation & Strategy

Understand product features, benefits, and unique selling points to create impactful content ideas. Identify customer pain points and desires related to the brand, collections, or products and translate them into relatable social media content. Stay updated on social media trends and user behavior to craft content that increases awareness and engagement.

2. Collaboration & Delegation

Communicate creative vision, concepts, and tasks clearly to the video editor and graphic designer, ensuring deadlines are met. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas as a valuable team player.

3. Talent & Production

Record content (video/photo) as required. Be open to appearing on camera or serving as on-screen talent when needed.

4. Audience Engagement

Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages on all social media platforms. Build rapport with the audience to foster community engagement and trust.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Possess at least a

Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree

in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Marketing, or any related field. Strong passion for content creation and digital marketing. Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and produce high-quality content consistently. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with good communication skills. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and content tools is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
