Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a Related Field (Or Equivalent Experience).
• 2-3 Years of Professional Design Experience With a Portfolio Showcasing Work Across Graphics, Websites, and Apps.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), Figma, Sketch, or Similar Tools.
• Strong Understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Layout Design, and Responsive Web Design Principles.
• Experience in UI Designs and Knowledge of Front-End Design Considerations.
• Ability to Manage Multiple Projects, Prioritize Tasks, and Meet Deadlines in a Fast-Paced Environment. - Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills.
• Agency Experience or Exposure to Working on Diverse Projects for Multiple Clients is a Strong Plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver Creative Digital Assets, Including Marketing Materials, Social Media Graphics, Infographics, and Flyers.
• Develop Engaging UI Designs for Websites and Mobile Applications, Ensuring Consistency With Brand Identity and Usability Best Practices.
• Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams (Marketing, Operation, Development) to Create Cohesive Design Solutions Aligned With Business Objectives.
• Maintain and Evolve Brand Guidelines to Ensure Consistent Application Across All Platforms.
• Stay up to Date With Industry Trends, Design Tools, and Emerging Technologies to Keep Designs Fresh and Innovative.
