with strong creative foundations, especially from

arts, design, or creative media backgrounds

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns across social, content and brand initiatives. Leverage GenAI tools (e.g. text-to-image, text-to-video, copy generation, creative automation tools) to:
a) Enhance ideation quality
b) Improve execution speed
c) Elevate creative output

Translate briefs into clear creative directions, mood boards, scripts, visuals, or concept decks. Proactively explore and test new GenAI tools, workflows, and creative techniques. Collaborate remotely with marketing strategists, designers, and account leads. Refine AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet brand, tone, and quality standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Design, Creative Media, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Open to fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or creative projects. Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability. Hands-on experience or strong interest in GenAI creative tools. Self-drive, proactive, and comfortable working remotely. Able to take feedback and iterate creatively.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
