Any education program qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven qualification via portfolio. Junior or Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effetcs) is a bonus.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Good understanding of storytelling and visual communication techniques. Experience in video content creation is a bonus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to feedback and incorporate changes into designs.
Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage

Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and design visually appealing graphic materials for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, posters, banners, social media content, and website graphics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into effective visuals.
Ensure consistency of brand identity and adherence to brand guidelines in all visuals.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design and video content creation techniques to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Participate in marketing activities to achieve the objectives and goals of the department, together.
