Responsibilities
A storyteller with a keen passion to bring different creative perspectives to education- Establish a unified brand understanding and voice for AirAsia academy
- Develop and own brand guideline, write and design unique and well-crafted copy
- Establish creative standards for production, productivity and output quality
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations
- Collaborate with respective divisions in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
- Analyze market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape, and track campaign performance
- Conceptualise campaign vision, harnessing original graphics for social media, advertising, events and other marketing materials
- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in graphic design, or similar discipline
- At least 8 years as a professional graphic designer
- Proficiency with design software such Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and clients
- Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in advertising and marketing
