You will lead a team, collaborate closely with the various stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping our clients\' branding and communication strategies. This role requires a blend of creative vision, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team, providing creative direction and mentorship
• Develop and oversee the execution of innovative design concepts for websites, mobile apps, event materials, and branding.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional creative solutions.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client specifications.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing.
• Present creative concepts to clients and refine them based on feedback.

Job RequirementsRequirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing your work (personal projects, freelance work, or academic projects).
• Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Understanding of marketing principles is a plus.
• A creative mindset with a genuine passion for design and innovation.
