CREATIVE MANAGER Develop goals and objectives for the Creative team to align with overall organizational strategies and growth goals. Collaborating with relevant departments to obtain knowledge of their requirements. Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects in alignment with organizational strategy and requirements and overseeing them to completion within stipulated deadlines. Assessing which type of media may be most effective in accomplishing goals, such as videos, images, infographics, emails, landing pages. Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing. Responsible for identifying and adopting the latest emerging trends and technologies. Ensure that your Creative teams have adequate and suitable resources for optimal day-to-day operations. Responsible for organizing and coordinating content creation and creative operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity. Supervise employees\' work and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and lead the Creative team to achieve set out targets. Job Requirement Possess at least 4-5 years of working experience in the related field, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team. Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or a related field. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English Creative thinker with solid copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut or other video editing software. Good in time management & capable of completing tasks within a deadline. Good interpersonal skills, influence skills and detail-oriented. Good team player and able to work under pressure. Hands-on experience in the creative process, graphic design, and make creative videos. Must be able to perform effectively and efficiently under time pressure. Must be flexible and able to adapt within an environment of constant change. Portfolio will be required if shortlisted for interview. BENEFITS:

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
