Job Description

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management



Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including content creation and scheduling.

Monitor social media trends, increase brand visibility, and engage with the audience.

Respond to online customer inquiries and comments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Video Content Creation



Produce short videos, promotional content, and product demonstration videos for social media and e-commerce platforms.

Assist in scriptwriting, shooting, and editing to ensure content aligns with the brand's identity.

Optimize videos for various platforms (Facebook, etc.).

E-Commerce Platform Management



Oversee product listings, updates, and optimization on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, company website, etc.).

Assist in planning and executing online promotions, including discounts, vouchers, and bundle deals to drive sales.

Monitor e-commerce performance and analyze sales data to provide improvement suggestions.

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Promotion



Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, including advertisements, product launches, and promotions.

Create marketing materials such as posters, digital ads, and email marketing content.

Assist in organizing exhibitions, product launches, and other promotional events.

Market Research & Data Analysis



Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Track marketing campaign performance, compile data reports, and provide actionable insights.

Collaboration & Coordination



Work closely with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives.

Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements:



Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a background in e-commerce and social media management preferred.

Skills:

Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok,) and content creation.

Basic video editing, content creation, and graphic design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada) and online promotion strategies.

Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to multitask.

Language: Proficiency in English and Malay; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,746.98 - RM4,739.81 per month
