Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Strong copywriting skills in English (Mandarin/ Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Familiar with social media analytics, trends, and engagement strategies.
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Passionate about baby, parenting, or health-related content.
Tanggungjawab Social Media & Content Creation
Manage and grow MommyJ's official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.).
Plan, design, and publish creative content including graphics, short videos, and captions that reflect brand tone.
Develop monthly posting calendars and ensure timely updates across all platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Campaign & Marketing Projects
Plan and execute monthly B2B and B2C campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, visuals, and videos for campaigns and events.
Support baby fairs, exhibitions, and partnerships with event-related posting, design, and media coverage.
Design & Branding
Design marketing collaterals such as posters, banners, social posts, and digital ads using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure all creative materials align with brand identity and communication goals.
Create and manage product knowledge content (infographics, product videos, educational posts) to increase customer awareness.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.
Keep up with social media trends, baby care topics, and competitor activities to inspire fresh ideas.
