Job Description


JOB PURPOSE

The Creative Operations Manager (COM) position exists to maximize client satisfaction and paid ads performance (leveraging Sudiyo creatives) so that clients retain Sudiyo as their performance creative agency.

This role is best suited for a creative manager who is experienced in the North American ad design and ad creatives space. To succeed, the COM needs to be able to create high-performing ads with a discerning eye to identify what creatives would convert.

The role requires a mix of leading internal planning and production, and external client relations to maximize results and retention of clients.

The main departments that the COM will manage directly are:

  • Graphic Design Team
  • Video Edit Team
  • Talent / Content Creators (after they\xe2\x80\x99re hired by HR team)
The other departments that the COM will manage indirectly are:
  • Photo/Video Production Team
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

KPI #1: Client Satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)

KPI #2: Client Retention

KPI #3: Client NPS Score

KPI #4: eNPS

KPI #5: Employee Retention Rate %

OUTCOMES & ACCOUNTABILITIES (specific results, actions, tasks this role is expected to deliver as well as areas of ownership and responsibility)
  • Client project management - ensure that internal and external stakeholders know when and what will be delivered to who (Google sheet tracking)
  • Client communication & updates - keep clients up-to-date with progress using weekly or daily reporting
  • General agency operation support - support recruitment work, sales & follow-ups, HR and Finance
  • Source ad creative inspirations and identify optimization opportunities for the team
  • Work with the Creative Director to prepare, shoot, plan, create mood boards & hook ideas
  • Work with copywriters to strategize the right copy to use for each creative
  • Translate strategy into performance-driven ad creatives aiming for conversions
  • Ensure that creative output is QC-ed before delivering it to client.
  • Attend client calls to oversee account performance and client satisfaction
  • Optimise creatives by bridging the gap between client expectations and creative output.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient in English to write and proofread copy
  • Knows how to use FB Ad Library
  • Understands how FB & TikTok ads work
  • Know the ins & outs of what makes a winning eCommerce ad on FB & TikTok
  • Are good with communicating with clients, editors, designers, and other team members
  • Have good background in video & image editing (i.e. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Have previous results / case studies to back up your claims
  • Want to work with a fast-paced team w/ a fast-growing company (that\xe2\x80\x99s spent $10M in ads), etc
  • HUGE Bonus if you\xe2\x80\x99ve ran ads before on FB / TikTok
  • Obsessed with creating ads that convert
  • Ability to guide and lead people
