Job Description

The Creative Production Executive is responsible to lead the end-to-end execution of high quality, on brand visual production (photo and video). This role is responsible for translating creative concepts into commercially and artistically compelling visual assets, effectively storytelling fashion products to support marketing and branding goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct studio and on-location shoots, capturing high-quality images and videos of fashion and product items while ensuring optimal lighting and composition. Manage all aspects of video production, including the initial shooting, comprehensive editing, and all post-production tasks to deliver final video assets. Utilize photo editing software to enhance, retouch and finalize all visual content (photography) to meet brand standards before delivery. Assist lead production and translate the Creative Director's vision and the brand's fashion sense into all visual outputs, ensuring all assets are compelling, tell a story and are consistent with the brand identity. Actively assist production schedules, coordinate on-location logistics, and oversee multiple production workflows (photo and video) simultaneously to meet all deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Videography, Creative Media, Fashion Communication, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in creative production, preferably within fashion retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce. Strong experience in end-to-end photo and video production, including studio and on-location shoots. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom for photo editing and Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent) for video editing. Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling for fashion and product content. Ability to translate brand and creative direction into commercially appealing retail visuals. Well-organised, able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills; detail-oriented with a keen eye for brand consistency.
