Creative Production Liaison (Mandarin & English)

Location: KL Gateway, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Type: Full-time, On-site
Travel: Occasional international travel (2-3 weeks per trip)

Job Overview
We're looking for a bilingual Creative Production Liaison who can bridge creativity, coordination, and culture. You'll support international video and content production projects, assist in creative visualization, and ensure smooth cross-cultural communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support international filming and production projects (2-3 weeks per trip).
2. Prepare storyboards, PowerPoint decks, and creative visuals for video projects.
3. Translate and localize materials between Chinese and English.
4. Act as a liaison between teams in different countries to align expectations and timelines.
5. Manage communication and scheduling after project assignments.
6. Suggest music or sound ideas that fit the emotional tone of videos (bonus).
7. Continuously learn new creative and AI tools to improve production quality.

Requirements
1. Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken, read, written).
2. Degree in Design, Communications, or Multimedia preferred.
3. 1-3 years of experience in creative or project coordination roles.
4. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AI / Figma tools a plus.
5. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
6. Open to international travel when required.
7. Passionate about learning new technologies (AI, design tools, or coding).
