Liaise with sales team and credit reporting agency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and confirm the adherence of credit approval conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process legal documentation. Assist with the legal cases and respond to solicitors as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in credit review and process improvements to enhance productivity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Release orders to credit customers where appropriate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate and resolve unallocated and unapplied receipts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate and follow up with internal parties on issues for resolutions/approvals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide back up support and assist with the daily functions of the Credit Control Department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake special assignment, additional duties and responsibilities as and when necessary. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/Degree Holder \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years of work experience in Credit Administration / Operations department is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 Attentive to details, neat and meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task and able to cope with pressure to meet deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-initiative, drive and able to work independently
