Job Description


Summary of Essential Job Functions:
  • Do calling to follow up with customers that pending payment.
  • Contact customers through WhatsApp to get transaction record.
  • Respond to customer\xe2\x80\x99s inquiry through WhatsApp chat & calls.
  • Answer inbound calls to reply customer\xe2\x80\x99s inquiry such as request statement, check balance and so on.
  • Record pending payment in Excel and contact dealers to confirm no pending payment.
  • Print out bank statement and issue receipt for payment made via bank.
  • Prepare insurance and road tax submission.
  • Handle walk-in customer to collect payment/ instalment.
  • Check daily collection report and prepare listing of customer have made full settlement payment for director to delist CTOS.
  • Prepare draft payment record & statement requested by customer.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Communication, negotiation skill, Microsoft Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Computer literate.
