Good knowledge of the legal complexities of bank loans for housing, previous work experience as a credit control officer with Developer is an add advantage.
Develop and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with sales and marketing, finance and executive team members
Follow up Purchaser's documents with Sales & Marketing Team Members: Letter Offer, Booking fees, Deposit paid, SPA for land and building & etc
Maintain purchaser records with accounting software (AR - Account Receivable), On time issuing Progress Billing and official receipt for the collections
Report any un successful loan applications or collections issues to management or the appropriate team
Administrative support by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
To prepare, analyse and report financial results
Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
