Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and statements.
Set up new customer accounts and ensure credit checks/approvals are completed.
Update and maintain accurate customer details and credit limits.
Handle customer queries relating to invoices, statements, and payment discrepancies.
Assist in preparing and sending invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements.
Assist with weekly and monthly credit control reports.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements :
Min SPM or Diploma in a related field.
Have 1-2 years of experience in credit control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
