Responsibilities
- Customer account maintenance, process customer credit application and account opening
- Follow up with delinquent accounts including liaise with external parties on any legal suits
- Recommend and propose action for defaulted cases
- Improve collection efficiency and receivables
- Review and ensure compliance of Credit Control policy and procedures by all parties
- Preparing reports on monthly credit reports, and relevant statistics for review
- Responding and resolving customer queries and issues of disputed payment
- To escalate, work with manager & sales team to resolve customers disputes & late payment
- Monitor, send reminders & follow up customer outstanding by calls and email/SMS
- Daily updating of receipt bank books with collections
- To compile and prepare of bad pay customer list
- Reprint invoice and statement as per customer request
- Reconcile customer account when require
- To be involved in credit evaluation if require
- To assist in legal recovery
- To lead and monitor e-Invoice submission process
- To perform any other initiatives/programs as when requested by the superior
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies or relevant discipline with minimum three years relevant working experiences
- Knowledge in computerized accounting software, MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good command in both written & spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantaged
- A team player with good interpersonal, communication skill, compassionate, patient & able to work in team
- Meticulous, sense of urgency and responsible
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Willing to learn new system and growth together with company
- Full-Time positions available
- Candidate who is able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage
