Job Summary Responsible for the credit control and collection of payment to minimize the bad debts of the company Duties and responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct service availability survey at customer premises \xe2\x80\xa2 Credit Control duties and administration \xe2\x80\xa2 Constant monitoring overdue and delinquent accounts, call and follow up closely with customer on collection \xe2\x80\xa2 Update receipts and follow up on customer payments/discrepancies \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare periodic credit report \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned as and when required Qualifications and requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position \xe2\x80\xa2 possess own transportation and willing to travel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of written and spoken English \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong commitment, self-motivated, detailed oriented, team player and possess strong problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate, strong in MS Office and able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
