We\'re hiring! Position: Credit Controller, LSSC Malaysia Contract Duration: 6 months JOB DESCRIPTION: . Ensure customer\'s payments are punctual and incoming funds are processed in a timely manner . Monitoring of customer\'s duty outlay and follow through with payment . To send out reminder letters on late payment and continuously follow up for payment by calling up the customers . To prepare statement of accounts for customers . Weekly update on the status of debtor collection and report to Team Lead . Participate in a weekly credit control meeting with sales & operation team . Prepare weekly AR collection forecast report . To prepare weekly AR overdue reports to MD . Responsible for debtor\'s reconciliation . Work closely with operations team and follow up on the payment status in a timely manner . Adhere to the administrative processes set and meet with the turnaround process timeline . Undertake ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management as and when are required . Assist Team Lead as needed Requirement: . Microsoft Office Excel and Word, and SAP .
