Company Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Credit Controller to join our team within the F&B Retail Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure timely monthly rental collections Maintaining accurate customer account records and ensuring timely collection of payments.
2. Track deposits and other receivables from Franchisees & Vendors

Closely monitor payments listed in the aging report and ensure collection within the stipulated time frame. Review and manage customer Refund Requests as per agreed procedures.
3. Issue monthly invoices and reminders

Perform credit administration and credit control functions, including the generation of reminders, as well as the monitoring and follow-up of outstanding balances.
4. Liaising with tenants and inter business units in resolving issues

Address reconciliation matters or discrepancies raised in a timely manner. Liaising with internal departments and external parties to resolve credit-related issues.
5. Assist in legal matters pertaining to defaulting tenants

Communicate effectively with various departments to resolve customer-related issues efficiently and courteously. Respond to customer queries (if any) and directing the customer to the right personnel. Implementing and monitoring credit control policies and procedures
6. Assist in ad hoc matters

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for all purchasers. Prepare all relevant documentation in accordance with Credit Control requirements. Perform screening for all customers.

Requirements

Posses a Degree in Business Administration/ Property / Real Estate or relevant certificate Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit administration or a related field Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills contact customers for payments on overdue invoices.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
