Credit Controller Specialist

Job Description


Provide an effective credit control service in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Evaluate credit requests and thoroughly analyze the credit risk of new and existing customers.
  • Examine and assess the financial statements and credit histories of current and potential clients.
  • Review customer orders and resolve issues related to credit holds.
  • Compile monthly credit control reports and other relevant documents.
  • Comply with established accounting principles, service levels, and company policies and procedures.
  • Identify recurring issues or risks and suggest improvement opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Actively share best practices within the team.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the SSC for monthly closing activities.

Experience:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in the industry or shared services is a plus.
  • Experience in SAP is added advantage
