Job Description

Job Purpose : * To make prudent and independent credit decision within the granted Authority Limit (AL) as to ensure healthy assets portfolio.

• To make timely credit decisions on each credit application resolved as to sustain favourable customer experience.
• To participate in coaching and credit training as well as to provide feedback for credit improvement in the Bank.

Principal Accountabilities:

• To make prudent credit decisions as to ensure quality financing assets of the Bank.
• Ensure timely delivery of credit decision in order to improve the quality of customer\'s experience.
• Ensure suitable financing structure to match customer\'s requirement and nature of business.
• Ensure financing proposal comply with the Bank\'s internal policies and national policies.
• To advise Business Units on suitable financing package to unserved and underserved agricultural community.
• Ensure financing granted within the environmental sustainability business venture and best agriculture practice.
• To continuously enhance self-quality by ensuring continuous learning/training especially in credit related aspects.

Qualifications:Education:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics or related disciplines
• Relevant professional certifications such as Business Credit Professional (BCP) or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years\' experience in credit related aspects as a Relationship Manager/ Credit Analyst/Head of Commercial etc.
• Comprehensive credit evaluations exposure especially in project/commercial financing.
• Experienced in banking and lending/financing regulations, policies, and practices.
• Possessing good knowledge of a broad range of banking products, risk management and agricultural business will be an added advantage.
