In this role, you will be expected to:

• Manage the efficacy of both new and existing credit policies, guidelines, manuals, and procedures, aligning them with local/foreign industry regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate policy sharing and updates with relevant teams to foster a clear understanding for effective implementation.
• Continuously assess policies to establish robust credit risk management for the company\'s portfolio, aligning them with market data to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance closely to manage credit quality and conduct periodic credit reviews to preempt potential credit deterioration.
• Prepare monthly credit risk-related reports and statistics on portfolio performance and actively participate in credit risk-related projects, if any

; Requirements: - We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant credit underwriting / policy / credit risk management or related roles
• Minimum a recognised Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Must have sound knowledge of credit policies, procedures, risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Constantly updated to latest financial, banking, compliance, economic-related news/issues
• Good interpersonal and writing skills with fluency in English and comprehension in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet; expertise in PowerQuery and PowerPivot and/or knowledge VBA for Excel and/or JavaScript scripting will be an added advantage
