Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the collections team

, ensuring performance targets are met.

Develop and implement collection strategies

to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency.

Monitor team KPIs

, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.

Ensure compliance

with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all collection activities.

Handle escalated cases

and resolve disputes professionally.

Collaborate with internal departments

(Finance, HR & Operations) to streamline processes.

Prepare regular reports

on collection performance, trends, and forecasts for Senior Management.

Drive process improvements

and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Minimum

5 years of experience

in collections, with

2+ years in a managerial role

. Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in

collection systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
