Join our dynamic team at Secured Risk Asia Sdn Bhd as a Credit Recovery Manager, Officer, or Dispatch for the Indah Water (IWK) portfolio. We're looking for motivated individuals to help manage outstanding balance accounts and drive successful recovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IWK account recovery to meet individual and team KPIs
Develop and refine collection workflows, scripts, and escalation strategies
Monitor team performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Provide actionable insights to reduce overdue cases and improve repayment efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field
Experience in debt collection or customer service is an advantage
Fresh graduates and candidates without debt collection experience are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Base salary from RM1,700/month
