JOB SCOPE
Manage Indah water Portfolio and Personals involved
Lead & Manage: Supervise & guide Credit Recovery Team to meet individual & team KPIs
Process & Strategy: Formulate & improve collection workflows, scripts, and escalation strategies to drive repayment efficiency.
Reporting & Insights: Track team performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, & provide recommendations to improve collection and reduce overduecases.
Client Management: Meeting & Handling Client's Enquires and
Expectations/KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.* Experience in debt collection or customer service is a plus.* Strong communication and negotiation skills.*
