Job Description


Job Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in collections/customer service/contract center will be added as advantage
Job Scopes:
  • Call customers using all approved mode of communications.
  • Set up repayment plans for customers
  • To attend to inbound and make outbound calls and remind the account holders of their loan payments
  • To liaise and negotiate with account holders on their payment issues

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Setia Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
