Job Requirements
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- High communication skills needed.
- Must be aggressive and fast learner.
- Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect/ remind the payment for overdue bills, loans or other payments.
- To make outbound calls and remind them of their payments.
- To achieve individual and group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme
- Make a plan on how you collect the customer\'s debt (payment).
- Explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services.
- Persuade, negotiate and work with customers / clients to make workable repayment arrangements.
- Effectively follow-up promise to pay with customers / clients.
- Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner.
