Hi Job Hunter!! We are looking for credit recovery officer for immediate intake position What is Credit RecoveryOfficer task Call Customer to remind them about their outstanding Assist existing customer to find solution if they cannot commit to pay on time Assist future customer on company product and plan available Follow up overdue accounts by utilizing phone collection techniques, dunning letters, and legal counsel.(Dont worry full paid training will be provided) Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts of ongoing loans. Work Detail Working hour Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm (Need to be at the office 15min early) 2 Saturday will offer overtime (9am to 6pm) Public Holiday (Follow KL) is entitle Annual Leave MC & Hospitaisation 6 month Contract (permanent position after 6 month) Formal attire and corporate appearance. Requirement Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma Certificate in any related field. Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage. . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English Experienced in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word and Outlook. Good working attitude, passionate, energetic and customer oriented. Full-Time and Contract-basis position(s) available. Able to work immediately. INTERVIEW WILL BE CONDUCTED FACE TO FACE/PHYSICALLY
