Requirements:

Required Language(s): Mandarin and English (Both Spoken & Written)
Candidate must possess at least an SPM to apply for this position
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Ability to work on 24 rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break)
Ability to work from Monday to Sunday, 5 rotational days per week, 2 rotational off day.
Must have no issue working at Petaling Jaya (LRT Glenmarie)
Ability to work either on 10th or 17th July 2023.

Scopes:

Review seller, business, and product information, short videos, and live streams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process reports.
Identify opportunities to drive improvements in risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
Collaborate with other functions of the E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team goal

Benefit:

RM 3,000 to RM 3,300 Basic (Subject to performance and interview performance) + Night Shift Allowance + RM 300 Fixed Allowance + 13th-month bonus
