Job Responsibility Be familiar with the standardization and normalization of hot pot restaurant dishes, and control kitchen costs and food Carry out daily management of kitchen personnel, and conduct good control over employee scheduling and attendance Guide the proper maintenance, use and replacement of food and beverage service equipment Provide technical advice on problems arising in food quality control Be able to provide professional training for hot pot restaurant back kitchen positions Be familiar with the characteristics and usage of raw materials in hot pot restaurants, and be proficient in plate styles Arrange the order quantity reasonably and take stock inventory Job Requirements A minimum of 2 years or more experience in kitchen management Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English Must have own transportation Good communication skills and learning ability Proficient in the use and maintenance of various kitchen equipment Job Benifits Basic Salary: UP TO RM 3,300 (Subject to IV and work experience) EPF + SOCSO + EIS Free Meal & Hostel (If don\'t need Hostel will provide Travel Allowance) Insurance (After 1 Year working) Overtime Pay Incentive Allowance (exceeding the target amount) Location: Petaling Jaya
