Job descriptions: This is a Permanent role.

  • Attending to inbound calls for consumer throughout Malaysia and Hong Kong.
  • This is an inbound call centre.
  • This is a service only call. No sales are involved.
  • To resolve any query or concern during the phone call
  • Handling enquiries related to credit card and banking on a daily basis.
  • Ability to provide First Call Resolution to consumers.
  • Attend to any ad-hoc tasks.
  • Monday to Friday working days.
  • Fixed shift starting from 6am, 7am and 8am
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
  • English communication is not essential, as long as can speak decent English
  • Able to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Willing to work in TRX (Tun Razak Exchange).
