Job Description
Job descriptions: This is a Permanent role.
- Attending to inbound calls for consumer throughout Malaysia and Hong Kong.
- This is an inbound call centre.
- This is a service only call. No sales are involved.
- To resolve any query or concern during the phone call
- Handling enquiries related to credit card and banking on a daily basis.
- Ability to provide First Call Resolution to consumers.
- Attend to any ad-hoc tasks.
- Monday to Friday working days.
- Fixed shift starting from 6am, 7am and 8am
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
- English communication is not essential, as long as can speak decent English
- Able to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese
- Willing to work in TRX (Tun Razak Exchange).
- Salary package: Starting from RM2,800-RM3,300 Basic (subject to experience and interview performance)
