Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Specialist, located in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. The Credit Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day credit management tasks including financial analysis, customer service, and communication with clients and vendors. CREDIT SPECIALIST Check the completeness of documents of clients who want to opt of installment sales Review the documents submitted by the clients. Conduct credit investigation on all the Clients endorsed by sales team Prepare & submit credit report and recommend for approval on the accounts who pass the criteria of credit Involved in preparation of credit scoring, credit evaluation and credit papers for management approval Responsible for debt collection and overdue management Cooperate with law firms, towing companies, and other external agencies to drag back overdue equipment (when necessary) Able to understand Financial Statement, Ratio, & Business Flow RISK CONTROL Management of credit sales business & risk analysis; Post-funding management and default control; Development and implementation of third-party cooperation channels; Process operation compliance, correctness and completeness of the customers\' archives, business ledger and contracts collection; Market research and analysis. Qualifications Strong credit management skills and analytical skills Experience in finance, accounting, or related field Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other financial management software Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred Certification in credit management or finance is a plus Experience in the Heavy Industry or Construction sector is highly desirable
