- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer through meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Manage and monitor weekly and monthly sales progress.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Visit potential customer to prospect for new business and keeping records visits and sales.
- Feeding future buying trends back to employers and handling all correspondence.
- Submit, review, analyze and discuss on the current and future KPI every month to HOD.
- Find new sales number, location, potential business and liaise with HOD on the progress preferably every month.
- Monitor all submitted quotations based on the designated area but not limited to new area or areas covered by other Sales personnel.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Liaise with operation to check on the progress of existing orders.
- Liaise with operation to check on the quantities of materials and parts in stock.
- Review company sales performances and strategy to at least meet the target in line with customer businesses and requirements.
- Responsible to coordinate with other departments to ensure that the jobs, proposals, requests by clients or customers are delivered satisfactory.
- Ensure the integrity of the Company is intact when performing any sales, presentations, meetings with the clients.
- Perform other duties as and when required.
