  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Tanggungjawab
  • Update progress to the customer.
  • Check current stock and advise the planner on the quantity needed for the order.
  • Advise or update the customer if there are changes to the delivery date.
  • Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.
  • Send quotations to customers; send an email to all customers for current prices
  • Updating Transportation Documents
  • Key in and update sales reports; send reports to the account department every month.
  • Prepare contribution letters for sponsorships, get approval from top management.
  • Provide customer support/service, dealing with customers professionally from receiving PO to addressing issues and responding to complaints.
