Job Responsibility To look for new customers and attend to inquiries To assist in all matters related to Sales Coordinator To assist Export Manager in analysing and planning the customer service-related activities Maintain close communication with customers and attend to any inquiry, feedback or complaints on a timely and professional manner To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Marketing, International trade or related discipline Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point Good communication skill and self-starter and able to work independently At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Fresh Graduate in any field is encourage to apply Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
