Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Wireline Crew Chief is responsible to supervise and to motivate the Wireline Operators to ensure safe and efficient execution of the wireline logging unit and other wireline related tool/equipment at the service location, which including rigging up/down the wireline tools and equipment (PCE/MAST) (as applicable). \xe2\x80\xa2 Works under the direction of the Field Engineer/Supervisor, leading the relevant tasks including to assemble/disassemble the perforating guns and wireline toolstrings, redressing the tools and equipment, according to the established standards and guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in operating the cable winch system with tension meter, monitor the appropriate cable speed, depth, and cable re-spooling process by adhering to the Depth Control Policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand and able to perform the preventive maintenance on the basic equipment and able to fix the field repairable tools or equipment to continue and support the operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to conduct the technical training related to Wireline operation, to train new operators in knowledge sharing session. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists the Field Engineer in the operational checks, troubleshooting, reproduce the failure on surface and to calibrate the tool/gauges, equipment, and unit. Performs other related duties as assigned in safe and effective manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply and adhere to the established Competency Matrix, strive at best efforts and able to focus to the career development and growth in the organization, and persistently maintaining the validity of the required certification related to the operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with the company HSE, Quality, Internal process and UzmaWay especially Integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend and participate actively in safety event or programs from Uzma and multiple Clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diligent attitude towards good safety culture in self and surrounding. Education Qualification: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum highest education is Certificate or equivalent. Skills and/or Experiences: \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent and effective team player. Working efficiently under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work and communicate well with customers and employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 High level mechanical aptitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to utilize computers for communication, reporting and other work-related purpose \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly experienced and competencies of technical knowledge on basic/surface equipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experiences in the field related to Wireline cased hole operations \xe2\x80\x93 Logging and perforation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Originated from Sabah/Sarawak and willing to base in Miri/Bintulu/Kota Kinabalu/Labuan or other field locations, including frequent travelling to Kuala Lumpur/Kemaman, onshore and offshore (as per project/management requirement). \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in communication and writing in both English and Malay.
