Job Responsibilities Customer Service Always greet customers by following GSC PAT Card scripts. Be in full uniform and well groom always to provide great customer service by behaving courteously and professionally. Ensure customers to follow GSC House Rules by informing them politely. Familiarize on Marketing promotions, Now Showing and Upcoming Movies available in cinema. Possess knowledge and familiarized on concession products, prices and marketing promotions (Food, Beverages and Merchandize) available in cinema Follow proper procedures when assisting customers that has disabilities, requires special care, senior citizens and pregnant women. Verify customer\'s credential when purchasing Children, Senior Citizen, Disability, Student and 18-rated movie tickets. Premises and Equipment Maintenance Carry out hall sanitization and cleaning (clearing rubbish, vacuuming and other related to hall cleanliness) after each show. Ensure all halls are cleared and cleaned thoroughly at end of the day. Assist in keeping cinema premises clean, organize and free from pest (Concession, Front of House, Back of House, Stockrooms, Staff pantry Lobby, Foyer, Washroom, Hall, Hallways, Social Area, Play+ area, Box Office, e-Kiosk Foyer, Customer Service Room, etc.). Check and ensure cinema facilities, amenities and equipment are available and in working condition prior to business hours. Report to superior on any defect found immediately. Operates all equipment and machines diligently. Perform required checklist diligently and accurately. Reporting and Communication Attend briefing, meetings and other training as required by management. Change movie posters and assemble standees with the correct LPF number and classification accordingly. Check for unauthorized visitor or work carried out on cinema premises without valid documentations. Immediately inform and alert Superior on any incident occur. Promptly answer and respond to calls via intercom or walkie-talkie to aide any situation requiring attention. Regulate hall checking to monitor picture & sound quality, temperature, lightings and no illegal recording activities. Verify correct Filmlets shown according to CineAd Weekly Positioning and E-Display is updated according to approved listings. Comply with GSC SOP, HR policies and adhere Safety rules & regulations (OSHA, ERP, HACCP, etc.). Financial Objectives Examine and scan tickets to check for validity and refuse admittance of persons without valid tickets. Inform Technician and MOD on show cancellation after 30 minutes due to no customers and ensure movie and air-conditioners are shut-off. Teamwork Perform all position responsibilities accurately and in a timely matter. Remain in assigned post throughout your shift unless during assigned break. Continuous Improvement Align all activities with the Company\'s objectives, strategy and carry out any task or assignment as and when required. -
