Crew Leader @ Empire Damansara

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise and lead F&B crew during shifts.

Delegate tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Train and guide new team members.

Deliver excellent customer service.

Oversee order taking, food prep, and service.

Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.

Monitor stock using FIFO method.

Maintain product quality and cleanliness as per SOP.

Manage shift schedules, attendance, and handle opening/closing duties.

Report issues to management and maintain clear team communication.

Job Requirements :

SPM or equivalent required; a diploma/certificate in hospitality or F&B management is an added advantage.

2-3 years experience in the F&B industry.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physically fit to stand long hours and lift items when required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
