Lead and supervise the crewing team in managing day-to-day operations.
Oversee vessel, project, and remote crew management for assigned vessels under supervision.
Supervise and coordinate crew sourcing activities for direct hires.
Maintain and update the crew appraisal database.
Verify invoices, internal orders (IO), crew claims, and timesheets related to crew movements.
Ensure all crew members possess valid safety, medical, and competency certificates, as well as mandatory project documents prior to mobilization to vessels or project sites.
Ensure crew members have the required project training and competencies according to their ranks and client/project requirements, and coordinate with the Training Department accordingly.
Monitor and ensure crew rotation schedules and welfare matters are properly managed and updated.
Act as the focal point for crew Medivac cases, liaising with family members, hospitals, ISOS, BUPA, and relevant agents.
Verify the authenticity and validity of recruitment documents.
Follow up with the crewing team on the progress and delivery of agreed operational actions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in leading a crewing team.
Strong attention to detail with excellent coordination and people management skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
