Customize and optimize our

Zoho CRM system

for lead management, project pipeline, task allocation, and client communication Integrate Zoho CRM with our

existing website

, WhatsApp (via Twilio or similar), Google Workspace, and internal tools Build or connect

web forms

(Zoho Forms / custom) to capture leads and trigger automated workflows Develop

custom functions

using Zoho Deluge scripting Set up dashboards for performance tracking (leads, projects, editor allocation, follow-ups, etc.) Assist with

web development tasks

where needed (front-end improvements, API integrations, etc.)

Proficiency in

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
