Position: CRM Leader
Salary: RM2,300 - RM2,400
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours : 9.00AM - 6.00PM
Location: 7-1, Jalan Putra 2, Taman Putra Kajang, 43000 Kajang

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Lead the administration and optimization of the foundation's CRM system
2. Develop automated communication workflows for outreach, donation reminders, and thank-you messages.
3. Monitor and analyze donor behavior and campaign performance.
4. Collaborate with fundraising, communications, and program teams to align CRM efforts with organizational goals.
5. Oversee digital communication campaigns (email, SMS) using CRM tools.
6. Ensure proper data privacy and compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of Experience in Marketing.
2. Can travel and have own drivers license( preferably)
