Responsible for the implementation of the CRM strategy into actionable activities and campaigns including planning, creating, coordinating and supervising the work activities of the marketing programs.
Responsible for providing support for the CRM Loyalty Program marketing activations with the objectives of driving acquisition, loyalty, engagement and spend.
Build partnership with like-minded brands to expand rewards offerings, manage Rewards catalogue, including tracking of rewards assets and validity, management of all corresponding publicity assets, and coordination with partners for smooth management of the said catalogue.
To collaborate with the Marketing, Planning and Social Media team on campaign-related collateral materials including quality content creation, propose marketing copies and ensure timely, accurate and consistency of message in all touch points.
Track and analyse the performance trends of the loyalty program in each channel, coordinating with each channel team for action plans and follow-up using a data driven mindset.
Maintain strong awareness of new and emerging loyalty programs for continuous improvement.
Liaise with CRM vendors to support any system fixes and/or user troubleshooting required.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Professional Certificate in PR / Marketing Communication or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience including consumer driven industry, online marketing and/or loyalty CRM Marketing.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required with good communication skills both written and spoken.
Attention to details, strong planning and organizational skills.
5 days work, applicant must be willing to work follow store working hours
