Job Description

A CRM Specialist is responsible for optimizing and managing CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools to enhance business operations. Ideal candidates should have proven experience with any CRM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM strategy and implementation.

Responsibilities

Plan, Design, and Develop



Identifies marketing goals (e.g., increase MQLs by 20%), suggests lead stages and workflows. Develops custom-coded email templates and landing pages, and builds lead scoring models.

Content Strategy & Campaigns



Design and execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot's email, social media, and automation tools. Segment contacts based on buyer personas, lead scores, or lifecycle stages to personalize messaging.

CRM Implementation & Customization



Lead full-cycle HubSpot CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business processes. Workflow Automation (Non-technical) - Build or manage marketing, sales, and service automation workflows (e.g., lead nurturing sequences) using HubSpot's visual workflow builder. Lead Management - Score leads based on engagement and campaign data to help sales teams prioritize outreach.

Data Management



Ensure contact records are properly tagged and categorized for marketing campaigns. Help with deduplication, segmentation, and enrichment to improve targeting. Manage and maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date customer data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Work on data mapping tasks to create structured data.

Data Import



Collaborate on data import tasks, ensuring seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to HubSpot.

Quality Check



Verifies forms, tests workflows for correct triggers, lead progression, and email sends.

Reporting & Analytics



Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance. Analyze marketing KPIs within HubSpot dashboards (e.g., open rates, click rates, form submissions). Track and analyze key CRM metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights. Make recommendations based on marketing goals (lead generation, conversion optimization). Tracks email open/click rates, campaign performance.

User Training & Support



Develop and deliver training programs for CRM users to ensure they fully leverage the system's capabilities and best practices.

Weekly Check-ins



Lead short stand-ups to sync on priorities and roadblocks.

Documentation



Use Google Docs/Slides/Sheets to map data, workflows, roles, and goals.

Integration



Suggests tools to connect (e.g., Zoom, LinkedIn).

Technical Troubleshooting



Flags issues for support.

Learning



Shadow the consultant or developer on technical tasks (e.g., setting up form fields, data import).

Business Development



Support business team with lead generation, scoping, proposal planning, and client communications on CRM and CMS related projects. Support in drafting process workflow and case studies. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and following up with leads. Opportunity to support in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions on CRM related projects. Assist in the development of CRM initiatives. Understand and draft customer journey workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Media, or IT streams. Experience in developing custom email templates with HTML and CSS for marketing campaigns. Demonstrated experience in implementing and optimizing CRM, including configuration, and automation. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop strategies that drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. Experience working closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives. Proficiency in data entry and data management. A track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and user adoption. Familiarity on social media tools and email marketing is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Willingness to stay updated with HubSpot's evolving features and best practices, continuously enhancing CRM capabilities.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
