In this role you will be responsible in understand the industry and competitive environment, establish the operation system of brand/seller and merchandise; exploring opportunities, and empowering industry operations.

  • Responsible for the formulation of cross-border shop tab strategies in South East Asia to grow GMV;
  • Develop category and channel strategies for Shop Tab, e.g. Formulating portfolio strategies under different categories and crafting new and optimized ways-of-working for the channel
  • Refine and summarize the Shop Tab operations including but not limited to product, store and traffic operation, craft Shop Tab SOP, and improve overall operational efficiency;
  • Work closely with and understanding the business needs of key merchants, brand partners, ecosystem partners and other internal departments. Analyze and solve existing problems and aid in the landing of business policies
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree or above;
  • 3-6 years experience in e-commerce platform operations, including but not limited to product,store and traffic operations
  • Sensitivity to market and product trends and experience in operating the homepage or channel of other e-commerce platforms is preferred;
  • Strong data sensitivity and good Data Analysis ability, able to find problems and propose solutions through Data;
  • Good communication skills and experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders, quick response and strong execution, focus on results;
  • Ability to withstand stress, a fast-learner and ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Good command of English
