C&S Design Engineer (Substations)

Responsibilities

Prepare civil and structural designs for substation and utility infrastructure projects. Conduct structural analysis using STAADPRO and ensure compliance with local design codes and standards. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and site engineers to resolve design-related queries. Prepare and review design reports, structural calculations, and construction drawings for submission and approval. Participate in design reviews and technical evaluations throughout project development stages.

Requirements



Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in C&S design, preferably within construction or railway projects. Proficiency in STAADPRO and solid understanding of structural design principles.


Nice to Have:

Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure design. Familiarity with substation foundation design, detailing, and drawing standards.


Location

Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.


Level

Entry to intermediate-level role, with growth opportunities toward Senior C&S Engineer or Design Lead.
