Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Strategy:

Developing project blueprints, setting objectives, defining strategies, and managing schedules.

Design Coordination:

Reviewing/approving technical drawings, coordinating design changes, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Site Management:

Monitoring daily progress, conducting site visits, ensuring quality control, and supervising teams.

Budget & Resource Management:

Tracking costs, managing budgets, allocating labor/materials, and controlling resource use.

Stakeholder Communication:

Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors; providing progress reports and addressing concerns.

Risk & Safety:

Identifying risks (financial, safety) and developing mitigation plans; ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

Motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and guiding engineers/supervisors.
Candidate must have experience in Earthworks!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
