Job Description
:
Ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications and is following the approval drawing. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and change orders. Identify and resolve construction-related problems and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner. Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and safety standards. Directing and supervising construction workers and subcontractors to ensure that work is carried out according to plans and specifications. Control the use of site resources and overall project cost & also monitor and control wastage on site. Perform any other task assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, additional language is a plus. Possess CIDB Green Card. Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Project. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Full-Time position(s) available.
