What part will you play?

• Lead the technical services for the overhaul of KTMB SCS & ETS trainsets and MRT trainsets, including traction container, transformer, traction motor, APS, bogie, brake system (where applicable), air compressor and pneumatic system.
• Supervise a team of technicians to provide the overhaul of KTMB SCS & ETS trainsets and MRT trainsets.
• Manage or/and provide guidance to a team of overhauling supervisors to provide the overhaul of KTMB SCS & ETS trainsets.
• To provide necessary support and advice during the testing and commissioning phase post overhaul
• Provide or/and assist in training for overhauling services including assisting and providing input during preparation of training documents.
• Aids in the analysis of recurring failures or damaged parts of trainsets under overhauling
• Works substantially of his/her time in train depots and workshop
• Compilation of reporting documents as required by the project.
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with company QHSE policies, legal compliance requirements, and core values.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Min 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in railway rolling stock and interfacing experience.
• Able to understand the deliverables and determine a timeline to promptly execute the work.
• Prior experience in leading a team.
• Team player who is analytical, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
